London’s Largest Purpose Built 45 Court Multi-Use Sports Arena
DYNAMIK the UK sports flooring and acoustic sports walling specialists have been awarded their largest sports hall project to date.
Coronation Square is a highly anticipated Taylor Wimpey housing development set in the heart of Leyton, East London, providing local communities with state-of-the-art multi-sport facilities.
DYNAMIK are UK leaders in their field and are able to offer clients solutions for indoor sports flooring, acoustic sports wall panelling, acoustic gym flooring and aftercare and maintenance support. This full specification, manufacture, supply, installation and support provision proved successful when tenders were assessed and contracts awarded.
DYNAMIK have recently created a new direct joinery division to support the growth of their solid and acoustic sports walling product lines. This specification manufacture, supply and installation service provides cost competitive walling solutions, UK manufacturing to speed up project manufacture and delivery whilst increasing in-house knowledge of the full design and installation process which ultimately provides architects, main contractors and clients with the service they expect from a leading sports flooring and walling specialist.
DYNAMIK installation teams will install their sprung system finished in a seamless Herculan polyurethane (PU) playing surface. This will be the UKs largest timber free court providing 20 Badminton courts, 6 Basketball courts, 6 Netball courts, 6 Futsal courts, 6 Volleyball courts and 1 Handball show court.
All 45 courts will benefit from being pad and foam free therefore provide high indentation resistance for non-sporting events as well as being ideal for wheelchair sports due to a low rolling resistance. The sprung system meets the latest requirements for indoor multi-sport activities and by virtue of the name DYNAMIK, provides clients with indentation resistance, seamless installation, long term durability, sports performance, cost competitiveness and aftercare support, some of the reasons why such a prestigious project was awarded to DYNAMIK – Winners of UK Sports Flooring and Walling Specialists of the Year, Build Design Awards 2023.
